  1. Thawing of Vial<\/strong>
    \nThaw the vial in a 86-99 degree Fahrenheit (30-37 degree Celsius) water bath. Do not let the vial be submerged completely into the water. Keep the vial in the water bath from 5 – 10 minutes.<\/li>\n
  2. Handling of Syringe<\/strong>
    \nBreak the seal on the syringe by pulling back the plunger to 0.5 ml, then return to starting position with no air in the syringe present.
    \nOnce the vial is thawed, place the syringe directly into the vial and pull back the plunger to fill the syringe with the entire contents of the vial.<\/li>\n
  3. Handling of Vial<\/strong>
    \nPlace a Kleenex or paper towel around the lid of the vial when opening it (as some pressure may be released)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
